1. Why We Start on WhatsApp
We’re starting our journey through WhatsApp to serve you quickly without the high cost of maintaining a full website. This helps us collect feedback, improve our service, and understand what customers really want. Once we have a steady monthly customer base (100–200 people), we’ll launch our official online store for a smoother shopping experience — while keeping our privacy-first approach intact.
2. Shipping Policy
- Next-day delivery: For Shyamnagar, Ichhapur, Palta, Barrackpore, Titagarh, Khardah, and Sodepur (personal delivery).
- 2–4 day delivery: For Agarpara, Belgharia, Dumdum, Salt Lake, New Town, Garia, Ballygunge, Alipore, Park Street, Bardhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, and the rest of West Bengal (through Shiprocket, DTDC, or other trusted partners).
- Secure handling: We only share your address and phone number with our delivery partners for shipping purposes. No third-party marketing, no data selling.
3. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
BOPIO ensures a hassle-free process for eligible products:
- Submit a request within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Products must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Recording an unboxing video is highly recommended for faster verification.
- Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer (not due to transit) may not be eligible for return.
- For minor color mismatches, we offer an additional ₹25 discount if you choose to keep the product, as return logistics cost us more.
- Replacement & Exchange: If approved, your replacement or exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds: Upon approval, refunds will be credited to your bank account within 7–10 working days.
- Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions mentioned above.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
We do not offer a formal product warranty, as this may lead to misuse and higher prices. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product due to our fault or our courier partner’s error, we will fully support you with a replacement or return.
